ADA Title II · Getting started
How do I get a free ADA accessibility scan for my agency?
Three fields, and a confirmation from your own inbox. No login, no credentials, and no access to your systems is requested at any point.

We read what your website already publishes, using a labelled crawler at one request per
second that honours your robots.txt. You send us nothing. Tell
us your agency's name, the address of its website, and where to send the result — that
is the whole form. We confirm that address from your own inbox first, so nothing is queued by
somebody typing it in for you. A person runs each scan and reviews it before it goes out, and
we email you when yours is ready.
There is no obligation attached and no meeting required to receive it.
What the scan actually tells you
- How many documents you publish, how many pages that is, and what kinds they are.
- How many of them a validator finds faults in, and which kinds of fault, counted across the library.
- What share of your sheets are photographs of pages rather than text — usually the signed ones, and the expensive case.
- How much of your library the exceptions plausibly remove, how much they plausibly do not, and how much is undetermined — as shares of the whole, including an honest count of what nobody can settle from outside.
That is the size and shape of your problem, measured on your own library rather than estimated from someone else's.
What the scan does not do
It does not name the documents. Which specific files carry which fault, whether each fault is a real barrier or only bookkeeping, and which side of an exception each document falls on: that is the detailed pass, it is paid work, and the scan is what tells you whether it is worth buying.
It does not run an automated checker's pass off as proof of anything beyond what a checker can actually decide. And it does not promise a delivery date — a person reviews every scan before it goes out, and we would rather tell you it is ready than promise a day we cannot keep.
Two depths of the same crawl
The free scan and the Document Inventory read the same documents. They do not tell you the same thing, and the difference is depth, not accuracy.
Free
The scan. Counts and shares of the whole library: how many documents and pages, what share a validator flags, what share are scanned images rather than text, and what share the exceptions plausibly remove, keep, or leave undetermined. No document is named.

The Document Inventory. The same crawl, but every document individually tested and reviewed by a person: which specific files carry which fault, and which side of an exception each one falls on. This is the scoping document a remediation quote is built from. Full pricing.
Buy the InventoryWe are not attorneys and this is not legal advice. We produce evidence and a recommendation you can hand to your counsel, who decides.
